The Office Administrator III applies general knowledge to assist with moderately complex projects and assignments within the Office Management family. Works under general supervision.
- Greets visitors and employees with professionalism, providing assistance and direction at the office reception.
- Handles incoming phone calls, providing information and directing calls to appropriate individuals with minimal oversight.
- Organizes and distributes mail and packages directly to recipients.
- Oversees office supplies inventory, proactively managing orders and negotiating with suppliers.
- Leads in scheduling complex meetings and managing conference room bookings.
- Coordinates and leads office events and activities, ensuring high levels of organization and employee engagement.
- Ensures office areas, including common spaces and kitchens, are maintained.
- Delivers comprehensive administrative support, managing a variety of office-related tasks with significant autonomy.
Minimum Experience: 6Years Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
