Position Summary
Service Dogs, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Giving Manager responsible for developing, managing, and growing the organization’s relationships with companies, foundations, and business partners. This role focuses on securing corporate sponsorships, building strategic partnerships, expanding the organization’s visibility in the business community, and supporting long-term revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, strong communicator, and strategic thinker passionate about advancing the mission of the nonprofit. Compensation commensurate with experience.
Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships (60%)
- Identify, research, and cultivate corporate prospects for sponsorship, grants, employee giving programs, and philanthropic partnerships.
- Prepare compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to corporate audiences.
- Develop and manage a corporate sponsorship pipeline; set and achieve annual revenue goals.
- Oversee fulfillment of sponsorship benefits and ensure exceptional stewardship of all corporate partners.
- Track metrics, maintain CRM records, and generate reports for leadership and the board.
Outreach & Relationship Management (40%)
- Build and sustain relationships with corporate leaders, community partners, chambers of commerce, and industry groups.
- Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and corporate meetings.
- Coordinate and deliver presentations about the nonprofit’s mission, programs, and community impact.
- Collaborate with communications staff to create outreach materials, social content, and corporate engagement tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, nonprofit management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development, or account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present professionally to senior-level corporate audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue goals or managing business relationships.
- Comfortable networking and initiating new conversations.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Notion, Givebutter) preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a mission-driven environment.
