Office / Receivables Clerk
Seeking highly motivated, multi-task oriented, organized, team player to fill the position in the Office / Operations at a high volume real estate.
We're a locally owned and operated business entering the 27th year in business in Northwest Indiana with a 5,000 square foot showroom.
Owners work day to day in the business and you will report to the Real Estate Office Manager.
Candidates having knowledge and experience using Excel, Word, QuickBooks will be considered first.
Office Operations - Answering phones, scheduling technicians, customer service, purchase orders, invoicing,, payments, payments and more payments. various clerical duties.
Must be able to work in a team environment that supports training and self education.
