- Open and close member accounts.
- Provide outstanding service, problem resolution and needs-based selling.

- Build and retain member relationships through service quality.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Cash handling experience desired.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Sign-on bonus of $750 paid in two installments:
$450 paid after 180 days of employment.
