Service Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative/Teller for our branch located in Keene. This role is a great step for anyone interested in a banking career with growth opportunities.
Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour. Flexible based on experience.
Hours: FT position 40 hours/week, and may include Saturday hours based on the needs of the branch.

A Day in the Life:
- Create a positive member experience each and every time through confidence and enthusiasm- you are the face of Service Credit Union.
- Serve and engage our members from all aspects of their transactions.
- Open and close member accounts.
- Accurately process all member transactions maintaining proper privacy and security while exercising good judgement.
- Provide outstanding service, problem resolution and needs-based selling.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- One year of similar or related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
- Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
