As our residential installation division continues to grow, we are looking for a Residential Duct Installer to join our team and help deliver high-quality HVAC systems to our customers.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on duct installation experience who takes pride in clean, accurate work and wants steady, year-round employment with a respected local company.
Key Responsibilities
- Install new residential duct systems for new construction and retrofit projects
- Replace damaged, aging, or inefficient ductwork in existing homes
- Measure, cut, assemble, and hang sheet metal, flex duct, fiberglass duct board, and related materials
- Properly seal duct systems using mastic, tape, and approved methods to minimize air leakage
- Ensure duct layout follows HVAC design specifications and complies with local codes
- Install registers, grilles, dampers, and ventilation components
- Inspect completed duct installations for proper airflow, fit, and performance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite before, during, and after work
Qualifications
- Prior residential duct installation or HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to read basic layouts, measurements, and installation plans
- Familiarity with duct sealing practices and airflow basics
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation preferred
