Job Overview
Well known and established landscape company is hiring a Field Operations Coordinator to support our Field Operations Manager with day-to-day jobsite communication, quality control, and customer service. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, communicates well with both customers and crews, is comfortable using technology like a CRM, and wants to grow into a larger operations role over time.
This is not a role where deep landscaping experience is required. We care more about attitude, reliability, communication, follow-through, desire and the ability to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Field Operations Manager in coordinating and monitoring landscape service work
- Perform on-site quality checks to ensure jobs are completed to company standards
- Meet with homeowners to review project or service expectations
- Respond professionally to customer questions, concerns, and service issues
- Communicate clearly with field crews to confirm scope, priorities, and expectations
- Speak with Spanish-speaking crew members to help ensure alignment and understanding in the field
- Document job updates, notes, and customer communication in the company CRM
- Identify issues early and help escalate or solve them before they become larger problems
- Help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and team accountability
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and visiting jobsites throughout the day
- Able to stay organized and manage multiple moving parts
- Comfortable using a CRM, apps, and basic technology for notes and communication
- Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented when handling customer concerns
- Spanish communication skills strongly preferred
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow into more responsibility
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required.
