Training Start Date: January 2026During training hourly - After training hourly commission What You'll DoSpend most of your day in the field—independent, trusted, and on the movePerform in-depth plumbing safety inspections (after training!) in and around customer homesHelp identify system concerns and explain solutions to homeownersComplete Level 1–3 plumbing services and repairs once trainedCommunicate findings clearly through written reports and customer conversationsMaintain a high level of professionalism, safety, and customer serviceParticipate in team meetings, ongoing training, and skill developmentCollaborate with managers to achieve performance goals and KPIsMaintain an organized and well-stocked company vehicleWhat You BringYou don't need plumbing experience — we'll teach you everything.
