Service Champions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our Field Operations in Murrieta and ensure efficient warehouse operations. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, inspecting products for quality and accuracy
- Process and prepare orders, including pulling materials, packing, and staging for delivery
- Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and reconciliation of invoices
- Operate forklifts and company vehicles as needed
- Stage equipment for installations and deliver parts to job sites
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain supply levels and resolve issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with general warehouse upkeep, including facility maintenance
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Minimum of two years of warehouse experience (HVAC knowledge is a plus)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, teammates, and internal departments
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
