About the Visitation Coach Role
As a Visitation Coach within our Children and Youth team, you'll play a vital role in supporting children, families and community through supportive oversight of family visits. This position is ideal for someone who is independent, kind, adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments where collaboration matters.

Starting Rate: $17/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Visitation Aide Core Responsibilities
Facilitate and coach family visits
Support and guide parents
Provide transportation to families for visitation sessions when necessary
Collaboratively develop plans
Document visits and coaching sessions
What You Bring
High school diploma and 12 credits in social science coursework along with 2 years of direct care experience, OR
High school diploma and 4 years of direct care experience
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with families
Life-long learner, servant leadership mindset
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This position is based in Tioga, PA. Work is primarily in office and community-based.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
