About The CYS Manager Role
As a CYS Manager within our Children and Youth team, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and families through strength-based services. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments where collaboration matters.

Location & Schedule

CYS Manager Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate service planning
- Review/analyze case records
- Assist in preparing state documents
- Prepare/process reports
- Participate in case planning and decision making
- Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice; or other related social sciences.
- Three years’ experience in CYS/child welfare and one-year supervisory experience
- Servant leader mindset
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
