About the Administrative Case Manager Role
As an Administrative Case Manager within our County Programs team, you’ll provide case management and coordinate services for individuals enrolled in county-based programs—with a dedicated focus on supporting intakes and serving as a backup. This position is ideal for someone who is community-oriented, compassionate, and passionate about veteran advocacy and outreach.
Starting Rate: $17.00/hour
Administrative Case Manager Core Responsibilities
- Provides case management and service coordination for individuals and their families
- Complete intake process for individuals
- Assesses individual needs and develops service plans
- Provides suicide prevention and community support resources
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Education, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical service delivery
- Valid driver’s license, automobile, and current insurance

Location & Schedule
This position would support both the Clearfield, PA and DuBois, PA office during the week. Work is in-office and community-based, with regular travel across Clearfield and Jefferson counties.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
