Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC industries? Service 360 Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our growing team. This is a multifaceted role that includes CAD design training, marketing training, administrative tasks, and general office responsibilities.
No prior MEP experience? No problem! While experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) or CAD operation is a plus, it is not required-we'll provide the training you need to grow in this role.
What You'll Do:
✔️ Assist in coordinating and managing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects ✔️ Support project managers with administrative and organizational tasks ✔️ Train in CAD design to assist with project drawings and layouts ✔️ Participate in marketing initiatives to support business growth ✔️ Handle office duties such as scheduling, document preparation, and data entry ✔️ Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution ✔️ Learn and apply industry best practices for project coordination
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn ✔️ CAD experience is a plus, but not required (Training provided) ✔️ MEP knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required ✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills ✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
