Responsibilities
Customer Service Duties:
· Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth
· Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
· Processing of all client requests (including, but not limited to trade line verifications, credit file updates, rescore program submissions, and consumer disputes,
· Processing in-person consumer credit report requests
Technical Support Duties:
· Client account updates
· Technical troubleshooting (including, but not limited to customer login/password errors, IP address errors, LOS interface errors)
· Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac error troubleshooting
· Lender submission errors
· Credit Bureaus errors (Frozen consumer files, fraudulent information, mixed files, etc.)
· Vendor verification product errors troubleshooting
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Manage a pipeline of varying tasks and priorities
