Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Overland Park, KS, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships by addressing their voice, data, and internet service needs. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, guiding them through vendor negotiations, coordinating implementations, and providing ongoing support. The Account Manager will work to build and maintain lasting partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. A vital part of this role is taking ownership of client requests and driving them to resolution.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Experience in telecom, IT, or related industries
- Ability to analyze contracts and negotiate beneficial agreements
- Familiarity with IT and telecom solutions such as hybrid cloud, SD-WAN, VoIP, and more
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client relationships effectively
- Proven track record of managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Self-motivation and flexibility to work in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related field preferred
