Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize packages and shipments
- Prepare customer packages for shipping according to established procedures
- Verify shipping information, labels, and package details
- Assist customers with routine shipping and pickup questions
- Process shipping transactions and related paperwork accurately
- Maintain an organized package storage and service area
- Handle packages carefully and follow proper handling procedures
- Communicate shipment or customer-service issues with team members
- Restock packing materials and shipping supplies as needed
- Support daily opening, closing, and general store operations
- Follow company, safety, and workplace procedures
Qualifications
- Previous shipping, warehouse, retail, courier, or customer-service experience is helpful
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
