Summary

Key Accountabilities
- Assist the development and execution of all benefit programs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Manage relationships with vendors and brokers
- Develop and improve HR processes (including onboarding and orientation)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide guidance and support to employees on company related matters
- Develop and deliver presentations on various learning content
- Oversee the Workday learning ecosystem
- Work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates
- Source effectively for industry leading candidates
- Partner with individual managers to ensure the delivery of all recruiting aspects
- Manage all stages of the hiring process for various roles
- Own and schedule for multiple positions
- 2 Years of Experience; Bachelor’s degree
- Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Efficient time management to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to identify and address challenges in the recruitment process
- Proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
