Are you looking to gain real-world experience in a high-tech, fast-paced data center environment? Our Operations Intern will work onsite with the Operations team to support critical inventory and logistics functions. You’ll be hands-on with spare parts tracking, vendor coordination, and systems data entry, while also having the opportunity to shadow experienced technicians and gain valuable exposure to day-to-day operations.

What You'll Work On - Primary Project:

• Work directly with vendors and site leadership to track and ensure delivery of spare parts
• Maintain an accurate list of pending and received items
• Upload spare part data into InCommand for ongoing inventory tracking
• Present project progress and outcomes at the end of your internship
  
  
  
  

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• File operational reports
• Place orders as directed by site management
• Shadow on-site technicians and learn how a mission-critical data center operates

• Communicating with vendors and coordinating logistics
• Organizing and prioritizing operational tasks
• Presenting updates and project outcomes to leadership

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Are currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year technical or degree program
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Can prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• (Bonus!) Have experience working with vendors or handling inventory
  
  
  
  

Additional Details:

• This is a paid, full-time internship
• All work will be conducted onsite at our CH1 location
