Role Description The Account Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Arizona, United States. This position is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, monitoring orders, and coordinating purchasing activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, preparing and reviewing quotations, tracking shipments, and resolving billing or service issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendors. The Account Specialist maintains account records, analyzes purchasing data, and supports reporting to improve performance and customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance service quality, support contract compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
