Role Description The Account Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Troy, MI, responsible for supporting day-to-day account management and customer service activities. This role tracks and processes customer orders, monitors inventory and delivery status, and coordinates with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues promptly. The Account Coordinator communicates regularly with clients to respond to inquiries, provide order updates, and ensure a smooth customer experience. In addition, this role prepares reports, maintains accurate account records, and assists in analyzing account performance to support continuous improvement and long-term client relationships.
