What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Notice Delivery Driver (Part-Time, W-2), Joliet / Will County position at Serve It Legal, PLLC?
Serve It Legal is hiring part-time W-2 drivers to hand-deliver legal notices to residential addresses in Joliet and Will County, including Joliet, Channahon, Minooka, Coal City, Elwood, Shorewood, Crest Hill, Romeoville, New Lenox, Mokena, Frankfort and Monee. You get a route each month, work the days and hours you choose within a 7-day window, and log every delivery in our app. This is a car-and-phone job. No box trucks, no heavy lifting.
Pay: $20 per hour plus mileage at the IRS rate (76 cents per mile). Paid twice a month. W-2 employee with paid sick time.
Requirements:
- 18 or older
- Valid driver's license and a reliable car with active insurance
- Smartphone
- Reliable, honest and good with details
- A PERC card is preferred. We will cover the $55 fee and fingerprinting if you want to get one.
Drivers who live in smaller nearby towns are especially welcome. You can cover your own town and drive to larger ones for more work.
