Corporate Receptionist – One World Trade Center | Full-Time

As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be much more than the face of the office—you will be the first impression of Servcorp for clients and guests alike. Your role is critical to delivering the polished, five-star service experience that defines our brand. You’ll manage a variety of reception and administrative responsibilities that support our clients and maintain the high standard of our workplace.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls for Servcorp and our client companies
  • Oversee daily mail operations, including receiving, sorting, and distributing packages and correspondence
  • Ensure kitchen and common areas are fully stocked, clean, and presentable at all times
  • Input and update client data in internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Deliver confidential and dependable administrative support to a broad client base—from entrepreneurs to multinational firms
  • Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Maintain the premium look and feel of the office, ensuring a clean and organized environment
  • Coordinate and manage meeting room reservations and assist with onboarding new clients
  • Work closely with the Center Manager to respond to client needs and day-to-day requests


About You:

  • You have experience in an office, reception, hospitality, or front-of-house environment—hotel front desk, concierge, and commercial real estate backgrounds are a strong plus
  • You're personable, polished, and passionate about delivering exceptional service
  • You’re organized, detail-focused, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • You’re a proactive team player with a professional demeanor and a “can-do” mindset
  • You take pride in your appearance and understand how presentation reflects on a brand
  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable navigating Microsoft Office Suite and other systems
  • You’re looking for long-term growth and excited to join a global, forward-thinking company
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
