As a Flatwork Feeder, you’ll be part of a fast-moving production team that ensures our linens are prepared and finished to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

• Pull, lift, and prepare linens for ironing
• Straighten, align, and smooth items to prevent creases
• Inspect linens for defects before feeding
• Stage items to maintain continuous workflow
• Assist with folding and stacking finished products when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas
• Report mechanical issues promptly to Supervisor
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 22 lbs occasionally
• Comfort with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Team-player mindset with strong attention to detail
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
