Compensation & Earning Potential:
Serving Cape Cod and the South Shore
- First-Year Earning Potential: $60,000 - $70,000 (Base Pay Production Bonuses)
- Production Pay: $10 per eligible completed service (Increases annually based on performance and metrics)
- Route Bonus: $250 monthly bonus for 98% route completion
- Review Bonus: $25 per 5-Star Google Review from customers you service

Requirements:
- Valid Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License / Commercial Certification (Required)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required)
- Excellent communication skills to serve as the face of SERV
- Ability to work independently and manage a local route
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
