Sertec LLC is a company dedicated to the installation, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, Refrigeration, Restaurant Equipment, Plumbing, and Construction. We proudly service Restaurants, Hotels, Retirement Homes, and Schools throughout MD, VA, and DC.
We are seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate and support our team of field technicians. The Dispatcher plays a vital role in ensuring timely service, excellent customer support, and smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch HVAC-R technicians to job sites
- Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management
- Prioritize and adjust schedules to meet customer needs and emergency calls
- Track and document service calls, routes, and job progress
- Assist with administrative tasks related to dispatch and scheduling
Qualifications:
- Prior dispatching or scheduling experience (HVAC-R/Service industry preferred)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with scheduling/dispatch software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to problem-solve and make quick, sound decisions under pressure
- Reliable transportation is required
