**Compensation: **
$90,000 – $120,000 annually
Compensation is based on experience, education, and certifications.
**What You’ll Do: **
• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, high-quality production delivered on time and within budget.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a strong safety culture across the team.
• Maintain product quality by enforcing processes, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Quality Engineering (QE), and KPO teams to meet or exceed quality standards.
• Achieve key performance metrics including on-time delivery (>99.5%) and efficiency (>95%).
• Lead daily production meetings to set clear expectations and priorities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including supply chain and office staff on schedules and product status.
• Prepare and maintain daily production reports and performance metrics.
• Control labor utilization and raw material usage to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Implement Lean tools such as Kaizen, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Escalate production, safety, or quality issues in a timely manner.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and career growth.

What You’ll Bring:
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a high-mix, complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Kaizen and continuous improvement experience.
• Six Sigma knowledge or certification preferred.
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience.
Job Factors / Work Environment:
• Active role requiring frequent walking throughout manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution areas.
• Exposure to large machinery and production equipment requiring strong safety awareness.
• Ability to work around and occasionally assist with heavy products (up to 200 lbs).
