What You'll Do:

As Serta Simmons Beddings embarks on a Digital Transformation journey, we're seeking a strong eCommerce Specialist to join our newly formed eCommerce Center of Excellence team. The eCommerce Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the various day to day activities required in setting up our key retailer partners “best in class” digitally. They will be the key cross functional liaison between Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to ensure all account level digital requirements are accomplished on time, with every item setup to win. This role is key to SSB’s success in the digital space and is built for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys tackling complex problems, is organized, and looking to have a major impact in fostering SSB’s “digital first” mindset.

  • This is a remote role and can be located within the United States.
  • At an account level, own end-to-end facilitation from digital asset creation to on-site execution, coordinating with the cross functional teams to deliver retailer specific requirements
  • Establish clear timelines to ensure all new products and/or refreshes are set up “best in class” on time
  • Serve as liaison between sales, creative, and brand teams for digital marketing content collateral needed to support business needs
  • Maintain all content uploads into product information system
  • Own and drive ratings and review syndication and work with team to increase content collection for assigned account base
  • Partner with sales team to understand account level strategies and identify and drive CX opportunities
  • Run and analyze reporting and make suggestions based on findings
  • Work with internal team to continue to drive process improvements and increase efficiencies
  • Field ad hoc requests, address & solve for urgent business needs, and complete other duties as needed


How You'll Do It:

  • Clear understanding of the technical nature around item setup (attributes, taxonomy, image needs, asset specs, etc.) and experience writing creative briefs
  • Consumer obsessed and focused on delivering a best-in-class digital experience
  • Highly organized and able to efficiently manage multiple projects with great attention to detail
  • Clear communicator and pro-active problem solver
  • Mindset that is focused on continuous improvement and able to think outside of the existing limitations
  • Flexible team-player who can also work independently
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and perform ad hoc analysis
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, and adaptable to Zoom & Slack


What You'll Bring:

  • 3 years’ experience in eCommerce, site merchandising, item setup, project management, category management, or digital marketing
  • BA/BS degree, advanced degree preferred
  • Big box and/or pureplay retailer experience and understanding
  • Experience with Salsify, Syndigo, or other PIM systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with Dropbox, Workfront, or other data management related systems
