What You'll Do:
- Reviews production schedules and estimates associate hours to complete a job assignment. Reviews and edits the corresponding time and attendance management systems. Interprets daily production schedule for associates and delegate duties.
- Utilizes the use of LEAN tools to drive continuous improvement within the designated department.
- Holds daily start up meetings and set expectations for the day.
- Facilitates the execution of the operational plan for the team to meet or exceed all quality and GMP requirements and guidelines. Participates in programs and committees. Initiates and/or suggests improvement to existing GMP guidelines.
- Monitors key activities that drive KPI's (e.g., quality, safety, scrap) and identifies daily production challenges and find solutions to remove bottlenecks and work with associates to identify to take corrective measures to ensure goals are met to meet production schedules and prevent reoccurrence.
- Assists in identifying best practices and developing corresponding standardized work for operational sustainment. Recommends measures and changes to improve production, equipment, product quality and working conditions.
- Facilitates the acquisition, development, and performance of assigned direct reports as well as leadership succession planning within the assigned organization. Develops associates to improve/expand skills and bench strength.
- Serves as a link between associates and management and supports associates through changes.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience using MRP/ER
- 3-5 years of leadership experience - Supervisory experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience in Lean manufacturing principles, tools, and applications.
- Applicable knowledge of performance management methods
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop talent.
- Demonstrated ability to employ process problem solving tools to determine root cause and implement countermeasures.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflict.
- Demonstrated ability to execute against production playbooks.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Associate’s degree in applicable field and /or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Pay: $71,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year
