We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our growing team.
What You'll Do:
• Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to closeout
• Review and manage project drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs
• Assist in scheduling, cost tracking, and budget management
• Assist in preparing and reviewing bids, including scope analysis and subcontractor coordination
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure work aligns with project plans
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Support safety compliance and help enforce company standards on-site
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field
• 1 years of experience in construction or a related role
• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
