Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Provide detailed information about products, including features and benefits, to support informed purchasing decisions
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management duties
- Process sales using retail software and perform basic math calculations for transactions and discounts
- Assist with loan processing or financial services inquiries when applicable, ensuring compliance with procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and following up on customer requests
Qualifications
- 2 Years working in sales
- Basic math skills and proficiency with retail math concepts are necessary for accurate transactions
- 1 Years in Furniture sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform 10 key typing tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn about banking or financial services related to the role is advantageous
