This team is a strategic partner within the bustling Sales and Service Teams at Serra TC, collaborating to ensure the needs of our customers are met in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.

What's it like to be a Serra TC Business Development Center Associate?
As a BDC Associate, you will work closely with the Sales and Service Teams to be the front-line contact for answering incoming calls, direct customer's questions to the correct department, and schedule appointments for our Service departments. This is an entry level position with growth potential.
This is an opportunity for someone who appreciates consistently achieving turn-around goals, is enthusiastic, is detail oriented, has effective communications skills, active listening skills and is efficient with timelines, all rolled into one awesome, extremely rewarding job!

- No experience necessary.
- Ability to use computer systems effectively
- You will receive additional training and coaching by Serra employees.
- Effective communication and active listening skills
