ResponsibilitiesGreet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their service needs and concerns.Write repair orders and clearly communicate service details between customers and technicians.Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and time to customers.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair procedures and parts.Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and resolving complaints efficiently.Coordinate with parts department and service technicians to expedite service delivery.Maintain accurate records and documentation in the service management systems. RequirementsProven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in an automotive service environment.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with automotive repair terminology and service processes.High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
