Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Call Center Agent, located in Westlake, OH. The Automotive Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, support customers with their inquiries, schedule service appointments, follow up with clients, and record details of the inquiries and messages in the system.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous experience in an automotive or dealership environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
