As our Aesthetic Nurse Injector, you'll deliver a wide range of aesthetic and wellness services, from injectables and facial balancing to hormone optimization and IV therapy. As part of a team focused on whole-body health, not just appearance. This is a paid position with strong potential for growth as we expand into new markets.
Responsibilities
- Administer botulinum toxin (Botox, Dysport) and dermal filler injections with precision, safety, and an eye for natural-looking results
- Perform facial balancing consultations, assessing client goals and building customized treatment plans
- Provide microneedling and other advanced skin treatments to improve skin health and appearance
- Administer peptide injections and hormone optimization therapy (HRT) under provider protocols
- Perform IV therapy and blood draws, following clinical best practices and sanitation standards
- Support the full range of Serotonin Centers' services, including medical weight loss, body sculpting, and red light therapy, as needed
- Maintain accurate SOAP note documentation and client records
- Use scheduling and client management software to manage appointments and track client progress
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with the Nurse Practitioner and Regional Manager on clinical protocols and quality of care
- Support a positive, welcoming client experience and contribute to a strong team culture
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Certification/training in botulinum toxin and dermal filler injection (additional training provided as needed)
- Experience with IV therapy and blood draws preferred
- Experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, or wellness industry strongly preferred
- Familiarity with hormone optimization and peptide therapy a plus
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Ability to maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols at all times
Pay: $31.00 - $100.00 per hour
