This is a full-time on-site General Manager role, located in Paramus, NJ. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless client experience, and managing teams across various service areas. Primary responsibilities include supervising staff, driving business growth, implementing operational standards, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring adherence to compliance policies. The General Manager will work closely with leadership to achieve strategic company goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Operational leadership and management experience, including staff supervision and team building
- Customer service and client relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional experience
- Business development and financial management skills, such as creating budgets and managing operations to achieve profitability
- Knowledge of health, wellness, or anti-aging services is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in office software and relevant management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
