Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox®, Dysport®) and dermal fillers with precision and artistry.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, review medical histories, and develop customized treatment plans.
- Administer advanced skin rejuvenation procedures, including chemical peels, microneedling, and Hydrafacial treatments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including before-and-after photos, treatment notes, and consent forms.
- Educate patients on available aesthetic services, treatment expectations, post-care instructions, and recommended maintenance plans.
- Monitor patient safety and comfort before, during, and after treatments.
- Stay current with aesthetic trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements.
- Uphold strict standards of infection control, cleanliness, and OSHA compliance.
- Promote retail skincare products and recommend at-home regimens to support treatment outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s image and commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, special events, and educational workshops as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
- Previous experience as Nurse Injector is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
