Serotonin Anti-Aging Center in Paramus, NJ is looking for a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing wellness team. Responsibilities:
- Assist providers with patient exams, consultations, and aesthetic or wellness procedures
- Perform patient intake, including vital signs, medical history review, and documentation
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper supply inventory
- Administer injections, draw labs, and support clinical procedures as directed
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, follow-up care, and scheduling
- Accurately update and maintain electronic health records (EHR)
- Support front office operations and coordinate patient flow as needed
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
- Prior experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetic clinic setting is a plus
- Phlebotomy and injection experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first, compassionate approach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, professional, and a collaborative team player

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
