Description
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Guest Check-in Staff member to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Verify guest identification and reservation details accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and facilities
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and issue receipts or invoices
- Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures, room availability, and billing information
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
- Previous experience in guest services, front desk, or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in using reservation and front desk software
