- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance
- Gather and organize event materials, such as signage and promotional items
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in event planning or administration is preferred
