Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including venue selection, catering, transportation, and entertainment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and participants.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Create detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors effectively.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
