SunCloud Health is seeking an Intake Representative!

Schedule: 40hrs/wk, will include some evening and weekend hours. Hybrid schedule to be discussed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitates all incoming inquiries of prospective clients, loved ones, and mental health/medical professionals with a sense of urgency and compassion
  • Exhibits a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills with each call/email response
  • Obtains all necessary information from callers to determine where they are in the admissions process and determine appropriate follow-up required from the Admissions Team
  • Maintains call/chat log, as needed, by entering required intake information for new calls and prospective leads
  • Assesses nature and level of clinical urgency of calls, in order to prioritize and request appropriate level of follow-up
  • Is available days, evenings and weekends on an as-needed basis to assist during periods of peak call volume
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have all boosters (if eligible)

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Degree from Accredited University preferred
  • Knowledge of mental health services preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Telephone Systems
  • Customer Service Skills - Exceptional
  • Knowledge of program information and admissions processes

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
