This Is Not Your Typical Medical Assistant Role

Let's be clear from the start: you do NOT need to be a certified or licensed medical assistant to apply. In fact, we prefer candidates without traditional certification. The skills you'll use here aren't taught in school. We'll train you on everything you need to know to thrive in the world of aesthetic medicine.

What we really want is someone who is obsessed with skin, eager to learn the medical side of aesthetics, and ready to grow with us.

What You'll Do

You'll work side by side with our doctor, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience and keeping our practice running smoothly. Your day will include:

• Setting up and preparing treatment rooms, ensuring everything is stocked and ready
• Preparing supplies and syringes for injectable and laser treatments
• Assisting the doctor during cosmetic procedures like injectables, fillers, and laser treatments
• Prepping patients for treatment
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment
• Managing inventory, receiving shipments, and restocking rooms
• Documenting treatments and helping keep patient charts accurate and up to date
• Following up with patients after treatments and helping them schedule their next visit
• Guiding clients through pre- and post-care instructions
• Keeping the doctor on schedule and directing her to the next room
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized environment throughout the spa

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a talent for keeping things on track
• Proactive, able to anticipate needs and jump in without being asked
• Customer-service focused, with a warm, professional way of making every client feel cared for
• Adaptable, ready to switch tasks quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Hours are approximate and based on patient flow and appointments.
