The Program Manager will be responsible for day-to-day execution of the contract and will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government. The Program Manager will manage personnel, schedule, deliverables, communications, quality assurance, and contract performance while ensuring successful execution of all project activities.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all contract activities.
- Serve as primary interface with the COR.
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Project Schedule.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Coordinate all technical task areas.
- Manage staffing and subcontractor performance (if applicable).
- Track deliverables and milestone completion.
- Conduct status meetings and prepare management reports.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor quality and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP certification (highly recommended)
- 12 years Federal IT project management
- Experience managing Fixed-Price Federal contracts
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong portfolio governance experience
