.NET Lead/Architect

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead/Architect to lead the architecture, design, modernization, and delivery of enterprise applications and cloud-native solutions.
This role requires a strong blend of solution architecture, technical leadership, client engagement, and hands-on expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and AWS cloud environments. The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineering teams, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture, design, and modernization initiatives for enterprise applications
- Define scalable, secure, and cloud-native architectures using .NET and AWS technologies
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring across development teams
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define solution strategies
- Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and client-facing workshops
- Design and oversee development of APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment best practices
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and development best practices
- Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production readiness activities
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and solution designs
Required Qualifications
- 14 years of experience in enterprise application development using Microsoft technologies
- 5 years in a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Architect role
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and drive architectural decisions
