Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions (canvas and model-driven)
- Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs and security roles.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources including Azure services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environment.
- Work closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutions
- Implement best practices around solution architecture, governance, data modeling and secure-by-design development.
- Maintain documentation for configuration, data models, custom connectors, workflows and operational support.
- Assist in building monitoring, auditing, logging and compliance controls in alignment with enterprise policies.
Required Education:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Must hold Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics Certification or 5 years of equivalent experience
Required Skills (rank in order of importance):
- 5 years of Hands-on Power Apps Development (model-driven and canvas)
- 5 years of experience developing solutions using Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture
- Strong experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and integrations
- Experience creating and managing custom connectors, APIs and Integrations with Azure Services
- Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps and Deployment pipelines
- Proficiency with JavaScript, PowerFx, and low code extensibility patterns
Preferred Skills (rank in order of importance):
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic apps, and Azure API Management
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse Features
- Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, PCI, etc.)
- Knowledge of Power BI for reporting integrations
- Understanding of security architecture within Power Platform and Azure AD.
