The contractor will play a critical role in the County's Evergreen Refresh initiative, ensuring secure, efficient, and seamless deployment of mobile devices to County end users. This individual will also serve as the first line of support for County-issued mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities
- The Endpoint MDM Deployment Contractor will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Configuring and setting up mobile devices in alignment with the County's Evergreen Refresh program.
- Coordinating deployments of mobile devices to County end users, including scheduling, logistics, and user handoff.
- Receiving, processing, and tracking old devices for secure e-cycling and disposal according to County policy.
- Providing first-level support forbreak/fix issues, troubleshooting, and inquiries related to County-issued mobile devices.
- Collaborating with the Unified Endpoint Management team to ensure successful device transitions with minimal disruption to County operations.
- Maintaining accurate deployment, inventory, and support documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with County IT security standards and best practices during all deployment and support activities.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Prior experience with large-scale device deployment projects.
- Knowledge of County or government IT operations, policies, and security standards.
- Familiarity with device lifecycle management and e-cycling processes.
