Job Description:
- Public-Facing Dashboard Development and Support
- Perform Data Analysis and Data-Driven Insights to Various Stakeholders
- Develop And Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems
- Create Detailed Documentation That Facilitates the Use and Future
- Modification Of Dashboards
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
- Perform Data Analysis on Real Estate, Fleet Metrics, And Financial Data to Support Admin Management Initiatives Utilizing Tools Such as Excel, Tableau, Ms Power Bi, R, Python, Sas.
- Perform Development in Database Environments Such as MS SQL Server Management, Azure Synapse, Or Similar Environments.
- Assist With Support of Tableau Environment and Associated Public-Facing Dashboards.
- Perform Development And/Or Support in CRM Such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot.
- Participate In of Software Development Lifecycle and Methodologies Such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps.
- Provide Data-Focused Strategies Which Add Value to Organization and Promote Efficiency.
