What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product Manager, AI Creative Products position at SERHANT.?
Senior Product Manager, AI Creative Products
New York, NY (on-site)
About SERHANT.
SERHANT. is
the most followed real estate brand in the world, calibrated for the
marketplace of tomorrow, delivering proven results for buyers, sellers, and
developers. SERHANT. revolutionizes the traditional brokerage model by
innovating through media and content creation and is powered by a full-service
in-house film studio as well as an amplification platform that puts our
properties in front of more people than anyone else.
SERHANT. ID
Lab is our in-house creative and branding collective. ID Lab builds complete
visual identities for agents, luxury listings, and new development projects -
logos, brand guides, print and digital collateral, launch campaigns, and
multi-channel marketing plans - and serves as the design engine behind agent
brand packages, property positioning, and new development marketing.
SERHANT.
Studios is our full-service, in-house film and production team. Studios writes,
shoots, and edits cinematic property tours, agent brand films, short-form
social content, and new development launch films, and produces original
programming for LISTED by SERHANT., our real estate media network. Together, ID
Lab and Studios create the marketing that differentiates every SERHANT. agent,
listing, and development.
About the Role
SERHANT. is
seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and build a new generation of
AI-powered creative products for SERHANT. ID Lab and SERHANT. Studios. This
role owns product strategy for how premium real estate marketing and studio
content - brand identities, listing collateral, photography, video, and social
campaigns - is conceived, produced, and distributed with AI in the loop.
Reporting
directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this role will own product strategy
from discovery through launch, partnering closely with the
department heads of ID Lab and Studios alongside engineering, design, and
brokerage stakeholders to turn craft-driven creative services into scalable
products for agents, clients, and developers.
The mandate
has two connected halves. The first is operational: building products that make
ID Lab and Studios faster and more efficient at producing high-end
creative work, from intake and briefing through production, review, and
delivery.
The second
is self-serve: giving SERHANT. agents more robust tools to create premium
marketing on their own, while maintaining SERHANT. standards. You will
identify where generative AI can raise the quality, speed, and volume of
creative output without diluting the SERHANT. standard - and be equally clear
about where it cannot. Success means creative products that agents adopt,
clients pay for, and the ID Lab and Studios teams trust.
The ideal
candidate combines strong product intuition, technical fluency with modern AI
tooling, creative judgment, and experience building products for or
with marketing and creative teams. This individual should be comfortable
perating in fast-moving environments, balancing long-term product vision with
day-to-day execution, and making informed prioritization decisions across
competing initiatives.
This is a
highly cross-functional role suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes
wnership, and can independently drive products from concept to adoption.
