Role Description
Full-time Associate Attorney, on-site in Santa Monica. Day-to-day work includes legal research, drafting motions and discovery, client communication, and supporting all phases of litigation from case evaluation through trial. You will carry real responsibility early and be encouraged to take ownership over matters.
Qualifications
- J.D. and active California Bar membership
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines without hand-holding
- Effective communication with clients and opposing counsel
- Experience or genuine interest in standup opportunities (depositions, hearings, trial)
- Experience or genuine interest in intellectual property litigation or business law
