Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in lawn care, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
Driving company vehicles; candidate needs to have a clean driving record.
Perform mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns using various equipment such as mowers, trimmers, pole saws and blowers.
Perform landscaping projects such as mulch installation, sod installation and flower bed installations.
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care products as needed, following safety guidelines and regulations.
Identify and address issues such as weeds, pests, and diseases to maintain the health and appearance of lawns.
Clean and maintain equipment along with maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
